For sale is this beautiful vintage Seiko 7559-600A. The watch was produced in June 1979 and gives off PRX and AP design character. The piece is in excellent overall condition. The stainless steel case measures 37 mm, 41 lug to lug, and 20 mm at the bracelet between lugs. The original stainless steel bracelet comes with full-links, and 7 micro adjustments on the original clasp. The bezel and crown guards are an awesome design feature, but the integrated chapter ring, matte black dial, and push button light are the stars of this amazing piece. That’s right, there is a fully functional push-button light. Is it necessary? No. Is it awesome? Yes, especially considering it still works after 46 years. Not surprising, considering Seiko has always made very high-quality watches. The 7559 SQ movement is super clean and keeps perfect time, and features a day-date function in both English and Spanish. The case, crown, crystal, and bracelet are all in excellent condition, but there’s some mild, typical wear marks and a few thin scratches throughout as shown in the photos. The dial, hands, and chapter ring are immaculate. Considering this watch is over 45 years old, it’s remarkable how well presented it is. I’m asking $99 which includes CONUS shipping.
