Good afternoon, WatchEx! Second of the day, a very fun/rugged independent brand: the LIV Gravel 002 in their Cactus Gray colorway. LIV is a brand I didn't initially pay much attention to - but I have to say, after handling a few of their pieces recently, I'm quite impressed at the value they pack into a very affordable price tag. This, the Gravel series chronograph, is an extremely comfortable do-it-all adventure piece. Carbon case, Swiss movement, a good water resistance rating, and two fitted rubber straps make this ready for just about any adventure. Extremely lightweight, being primarily composed of forged carbon. I'm genuinely surprised by how nicely detailed this is. It screams adventure and utility without being too garish. The stone-gray dial contrasts perfectly with the matte black hour markers and subdials - I really love the floating effect on the markers. Great legibility, extreme comfort, rugged design and an excellent kit overall - these are absolutely killer.
