This model carried a unique “double branding,” combining the Seamaster’s reputation for robust versatility with the De Ville’s refined, dress-oriented styling. The example here, produced circa 1966, features a silvered satin-finished dial with a light silvery grey tone, accented by applied baton indexes with black inserts and matching baton hands. A framed aperture at 3 o’clock provides a clean and functional date display, powered by Omega’s highly regarded Calibre 562 automatic movement. This 24-jewel movement beats at 19,800 BPH. The stainless steel uni-shell case measures 34mm in diameter (excluding crown), 40mm lug-to-lug, and 10.5mm thick to the center of the crystal, giving it a slim yet robust wrist presence. Its chamfered bezel and faceted lugs retain their crisp profile, while the case back proudly bears the embossed Omega Seamaster emblem. Both the crystal and crown remain signed, underlining its originality. This example remains in great condition for its age , showing only minor scratches from careful wear. The dial is clean and crisp, the crystal remains clear but can see very light hairline scratches upon closeups (which can be polished off if requested). It has been recently serviced and is keeping great time at +/-8s a day. The watch comes fitted on custom leather straps with omega pin buckle.
