This watch was purchased in 1956-1958 in Japan on base at the PX by a service member. He was the owner until l purchased the watch from his wife this year. The watch was serviced last 8/25. Strap is not original but everything else on this watch is. Signed crystal, original radium lume hands, original buckle. Dial is the the black honeycomb that is rare for this reference and is near perfect condition. Case is in great condition with what I would consider light wear for its age. Unfortunately the case back was over polished at some point but the "Seamaster" and "waterproof" can still be seen. Crown is the original signed clover crown and shows some wear through. Crystal has been refinished and is in good shape.
