Hey there dear friends, It's been a while, but I'm back again with another really special vintage Seiko. [Timestamp](https://imgur.com/a/m5pnbpA) [Extra Details and Photos from Service](https://imgur.com/a/zmi6BLx) This is a 6105-8119 "Captain Willard" from May of 1971. I bought this watch from a seller who had purchased it from it's original owner, an American soldier who wore the watch in combat during the Vietnam war. (Can provide info on the original owner to anyone who inquires) Before I purchased the watch, It had been serviced and had some parts replaced, including the crystal, bezel clickball, and mainspring. The watch runs very well, but has some issues that I will document here for you. The Good: Movement is clean, recently serviced, and keeps time very well The date clicks over very nicely at midnight case and bezel remain unpolished and bear the years of wear beautifully. Military provenance makes it a very cool piece to own and wear The dial and lume are 100% original (except the bezel pip and for some reason the small spot of lume on the seconds hand) Comes with two cool strap options! The Less-Good: The crystal has some fogging. This has no impact on the function of the watch, but it has been present as long as I've owned it. The bezel lume pip was replaced The seconds hand lume was partially replaced The bezel is set weird and rotates both directions with inconsistent clicks. (It does stay in place, once set, so it can be used for timing things like coffee and cookies) With all that being said, this watch is an awesome piece of wearable history. It's time for this one to move on to a new owner. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions about the watch! I'm asking $1500 OBO. Insured shipping anywhere CONUS at buyer's expense. Not looking for trades right now. Thank you! Love you guys, -Noah EDIT: Added links
