This watch has an interesting provenance, as well as being in beautiful condition. Honestly, I can say this watch has been my love for as long as I’ve owned it – I’m ONLY selling it because I’m literally dying under financial stress because of the corona virus. I went from successful young guy working hard and collecting stuff – to barely being able to feed myself and feeling crushed under debt I’ve had to acquire because of falling investments. I could rant for hours, but…back to the watch. It’s mecha-quartz and runs amazingly. You get the accuracy of quartz, while being able to enjoy the mechanical aspects of the stopwatch functions (it’s overall very satisfying) I’m asking for $4200 – the watch is hard to come by and is quite underrated. If someone purchases the watch, I would be willing to re-purchase the watch within a year or two if my funds come back online. I also have a yellow gold IWC Portofino with a red khanjar made for the Sultan of Oman that I will be listing for sale (another heavy hitter I really don’t want to let go..) but these beautiful pieces will hopefully save my ass.
