Behold a work in progress on a 6309-836B originally made in Nov of 1985. I purchased this for a modding project and have lost interest. The original gold dial, hands and chapter ring have been replaced (but are available as part of this purchase). The watch does not have a bezel insert. About the watch, it is a "diver look" watch, it does not have any bezel click mechanism and is bi-direction in rotation. I have replaced the original crystal with a sapphire crystal ( the label is still on the crystal refer to the pictures. ) The watch had some water issues in it's past, the original movement (included and running) has corrosion on the oscillating weight rotor, I purchased a second 6309 with a better condition movement and installed that in the watch, both running, both are included in this purchase and both are 6309A models. The case has corrosion on the seal surface as well as corrosion on the case back on the seal surface. The original chapter ring and dial were tarnished, I have made a 316 stainless steel chapter ring and installed it, along with purchasing and installing an aftermarket dial and hand set. The dial was supposed to be black when ordered but what arrived was green as you can see from the pictures. There still is no bezel insert, a 7S26-030 (35mm) should work and is readily available on ebay. As stated the movement is running, it appears to be gaining a couple of minutes/day, probably needs to be cleaned.
