Classic watch, about which you probably know more than enough already.

CASE: Unpolished steel case is in excellent condition; this has been in a drawer for the last 40 years (literally). Original flat-foot crown, original pushers, one of the nicest DON bezels you'll find, hippocampus is clear on the caseback and there are no marks from failed openings, brushing's evident on the sides, lyre lugs retain their facets. Just an excellent, excellent example. Watch is for sale head only; it's pictures on one of the (excellent) new Forstner flat links.

DIAL+HANDS: Pictures will be better than what I might be able to say here. I've been told by the original owner (who is a family acquaintance) that this watch was never serviced in his possession. I have no reason to doubt him. Plenty of pictures are provided. All I'd note is that, as of 1980, this watch was put in a drawer because it'd stopped working after being worn in water, and that 145.012s are notorious for lume wobble. PLEASE NOTE: Yes, it's mildly tropical, though my photography abilities are nowhere near good enough to capture that.

MVMT: 25M serial number cal 321 has just been serviced and comes with a 1 yr warranty. It keeps perfect time.
