Up for sale is a brand new IWC Mark XVIII Heritage just bought from an AD on 5-5-23. I bought it to build my credentials in hopes of soon getting a "hard to get" watch. This watch was their window model and was discontinued by IWC, so it's not easy to find this watch brand new anymore. Comes as a full set and I also have the receipt provided by the AD. I have been a watch collector for the past 10 years and have full respect for the watch community and believe in honesty and full transparency. I paid retail price for this watch, plus NYC sales tax. While I understand this watch immediately loses value once it leaves the store, I also realize buying it brand new isn't as easy as it was one year ago. I'm asking $4,000 shipped or picked up in NYC.
