This is a great example of the UDT, with Breitling analog digital quartz movement. Functions: - 12 or 24 hr digital time - Alarm, beep working! - Stopwatch - Day Date - Analog hands - Light working! - Dive bezel clicks and turns smoothly - Screw down crown smooth The analog hands and digital display are keeping time very well. The analog hands may be set to track an additional time zone quickly. This watch has been fully disassembled and overhauled. Board cleaned, coil tested, LCD cleaned, hands remounted, case back gasket lubed. There are some marks on the crystal but you have to angle the watch just right to notice them and they are not deep. The black coating shows signs of wear which I think adds to the vintage feel and the lume has aged to a really nice tan color. I cannot guarantee water resistance. This watch was also produced  by Breitling in the 1980s with the model name "Pluton", and appeared in the Breitling catalog until 1999. UDT (Underwater Demolition Team) U.S. Navy UDTs were the precursor to the modern Navy SEAL teams. Created in WWII, UDT missions involved recon, demolition, minesweeping, and clearing beaches of obstacles prior to amphibious landings. UDTs were also tasked with NASA spacecraft and crew recovery. In 1983 existing UDTs were re-designated "SEAL Teams" by the U.S. Navy.
