This is a vintage and very colorful Clebar chronograph. The chromed case measures approximately 42mm across, not including the crown.  The case is in good shape with hardly any wear. The dial is matte midnight blue with tritium markers.  It has white subdials and a cream tachy chapter ring.  It is complemented by the mildly ghosted orange/black decompression bezel.  The bezel moves freely. The watch is powered by a valjoux 7734.  The watch is functioning and keeping time.  It was serviced at my watchmaker about a year and a half ago.  The watch comes on a suede stitchless strap.
