It has dimensions and case profile true to the original, but adds drilled lugs and a see through caseback, while deleting the screw-down crown. I've modded this particular watch to make it look like my favorite black dial SKX variant - the SKX173, by installing an OEM dial and handset. The case, caseback, bezel, chapter, and crystal are all original to the watch. I swapped the original movement with its white day/date wheels out for a brand new NH36 movement with black wheels, and I've regulated the movement to around 6s/day, and paired the watch with a really fabulous uncle seiko black rubber tropic strap. The result is a great GADA "OEM+" seiko watch, that you can easily dress up or down. As part of this purchase, you get to pick the final detail to make this build a true "piece unique" - you can pick the bezel insert, which I will install with a "better than factory" alignment.
