This beauty resulted from the "Autavia Cup" competition held by Tag Heuer to decide which one of its vintage references it would reissue. Fans got to choose between 16 first generation 1960s Autavias...and 50,000+ votes later, the 1966 Autavia Ref. 2446 Mark 3 emerged as the winner. From there, Tag Heuer modernized the proportions and added the killer Calibre 02 to the mix. IMO, it's a fantastic mash up of vintage and contemporary cues, and the end result is a modern classic.
