The Details:

The Tudor 79190 Submariner has a stainless steel case with a stainless steel 3-link Oyster-style bracelet. It has a black dial and a black bezel insert. The 79190 has a unidirectional bezel with a sapphire crystal, which was exclusive to the 79190 Submariner, as opposed to the more common submariner model, the 79090. There is a cyclops lens over the date window at the 3 o’clock position, as well as Mercedes-style hour and minute hands and a lollipop seconds hand. The Tudor 79190 also has the “T Swiss Made T’ marking on the dial above the 6 o’clock position, indicating the tritium lume on the hands and painted hour markers. The 79190 is powered by an ETA 2824-2 movement with a 42-hour power reserve and a water resistance rating of 200 meters.

The Condition:

This Tudor Submariner 79190 dates to a production year of 1995 and appears to be unpolished, with sharp case lines and chamfers present. The case shows wear that is consistent with a timepiece of this age, and visible in the photographs. The dial has a small mark between the 8 and 9 o’clock positions. Included with this timepiece is the original warranty paper, and the original Tudor 9315 Oyster bracelet with 380B end links.
