Hi all, wasn't going to sell this guy. I'm a bigger guy, though, and while I love 36mm watches--and the lugs on this make it wear even larger--I cannot get used to the 18mm lug width. So, reluctantly, I am selling.   This is the legendary (?) Hamilton 9721b, a faithful recreation of the "dirty dozen" military watches, featuring the railroad track for the minutes and an ultra-legible white numeral/black dial combo. This also has a date window, which isn't part of the dirty dozen, but I prefer. What makes this a step above other military releases is the C3 lume, ETA 2824 movement, sapphire crystal, and display caseback. It's truly an amazing do-anything watch that I planned on wearing for chores and other hands-on work that required a watch but one that disappeared on the wrist and was easy to use at-a-glance.   As I intended to keep forever, i **just** had this serviced last month. I didn't have it polished, so the wear marks are there, but I did have the crystal replaced. It's ready for whatever adventure the next owner wants to throw at it, and as a tip, it looks killer on a military green canvas strap (I'm happy to include one at asking).
