**Sinn 256 Chronograph** This one was a bit of "grail" for me. If this is unfamiliar, it's about the same size and dimensions as the Sinn 356 but with a friction bezel. It seems like I was seeing a few of them, then they stopped going up for sale. I bought this Aug 2022 from Japan via Chrono 24. No box or papers, unknown service history. Fortunately, it is in great shape considering the age. There are currently a few swirl but no deep scratches, chips or gouges on the acrylic crystal which can easily be polished out with Polywatch. The case is also in great shape with no notable damage. There's a little wear on the face side of the lugs wear you can see the matte finish develop a little polish to it, though not bad. You can see some of these where the finish becomes so polished that they don't seem to match the matte bracelets any more. There are some very minor wear from strap changes. The service history is unknown, but the Valjoux 7750 appears strong on the timegrapher - see the attached photo. The bezel rotates with just the right amount of friction. A little wear on the edges, but not bad. The dial markers and hands are non-tritium, but overall fairly weak. Please note that the day wheel is German only and does not alternate w/ English days. It comes with a generic black leather strap with a Sinn buckle. It also comes with a matching Sinn matte bracelet that I never used. By the time the bracelet arrived I had already decided to sell it. I hate to be this kind of salesperson, but this watch doesn't come up very often. In the last two years I've seen maybe less than 5 with the black bezel on Watchrecon, eBay or Chrono24.
