Bucherer is a renowned name in watchmaking, and this Manero should give you just about all you need to know in a few pictures. Classic, well-balanced, and extraordinarily well-finished at every angle, this could be a one-watch collection. You may have seen Bucherer as a name attached to another watch as a special edition - that very same Carl Frederich Bucherer watch brand is to thank. Recently acquired by Rolex, CFB is an absolute treasure of a brand with more basic watches beginning around the 1k mark on secondary markets, and high-horology pieces shooting up well beyond the 10k point. This, the Manero Flyback, is surprisingly sort of in the middle of their catalogue. Equipped with the CFB 1973 movement (LJP 7771 base), this column-wheel chronograph has flyback capabilities (essentially just an instant restart of the chronograph hand.) Beautifully styled and finished, this work of art is visible behind the sapphire caseback.
