Hello folks!  For sale is an absolutely stunning example of a classic discontinued dress watch – the IWC Da Vinci Automatic 36 IW458312.  With a 36mm x 9.9mm thick case, it wears extremely comfortably and thin on the wrist. It has roughly 48mm lug to lug though, making it wear larger than the case width implies! Powered by a hacking Calibre 35111 automatic movement with 50 hour reserve, it is currently running within COSC specs! Condition wise I would put the case at a 94-95%. There are no major dings, dents or nicks on the case or crystal and it has only very faint hairlines and signs of normal wear on the polished surfaces. The sunburst dial is GORGEOUS in the direct light – it’s easily one of the most beautiful IWC dials I have ever come across. There are minor signs of wear on the butterfly clasp and the blue alligator Santoni leather strap is in good shape with the exception of some splitting on the spring bar end of the 12 o’clock strap (see pics). It seems to be fine and secure on the watch at the moment, but with 18mm lugs this should be a strap monster on pretty much anything you throw at it. I would recommend a Delugs of some flavor! The watch will come as watch only (no box / papers) and an eBay authentication card dated 4/16 of this year.
