This uncommon JDM exclusive Seiko Alpinist GMT features the classic green dial and gold-colored hands. For anyone who wanted or loved the old SARB017 or the newer SPB121 this version fits right in. With the addition of a GMT hand and 72-hour power reserve along with its 200 meters water resistance, what this watch can do is cranked to an 11. Truly a GADA from dress to field.    I’ve only worn this watch a handful of times, and it has a super clean case and dial. Compass ring rotates well and is not misaligned. No scratches or visible wear, other than some bends (life) in the leather strap. I think most can agree and these Seiko straps aren’t something you’ll be sticking with long-term, but the life of this strap is still at 100%. Apparently, your other Alpinist (OEM or aftermarket) straps will work on these GMT variants. There are absolutely no issues with the watch just selling to fund another purchase.  Actually, I’ve purchased the black dial (SPB379), blue dial (SPB377), and this green dial (SBEJ005), and I’ve decided to keep only the blue dial in my collection.
