Up for sale is my Sinn U1. I have owned this watch since Feb. 2014 when it was purchased new. I am selling it because I am heavy on divers in my collection, and this one does not get enough wrist time. I also lost 30 pounds over the last couple of years, and it now wears a little big for me now. Amazing what weight loss does to wrist size. This watch has always been in a rotation of about 10 watches,. I would say I wore it 2 or 3 times per month on the weekends. It was never a daily wear. The watch is in excellent condition. There are no scratches or blemishes on the case itself except for a couple of minor blemishes on the back of the lugs due to strap changes. This case could nearly pass as new. There is a very slight scratch on the crystal at the 8 o’ clock, but you really need a loupe and the right lightning to see it. It is nearly invisible with the naked eye. If you look at the crystal with a 7 - 10 power loupe, you can also see some spots on the AR coating on the inside of the crystal. It is hard to describe, but they are very faint and not visible to the naked eye. Most people would probably not even address this in a listing, but I always fully disclose everything when listing a watch. The crystal looks perfect when viewing it without strong magnification. The watch is on an OEM rubber strap which I bought a couple of years ago. There are scratches on the clasp from desk diving. My current wrist size is about 7 inches. I would say the rubber strap wears a tad big (thanks weight loss) and would probably work for a wrist size of 7 1/4 to 7 3/8. The watch originally came on the OEM bracelet, and that will be included with all the links. The bracelet is in excellent condition, except for a few desk diving marks on the clasp. Also included is another rubber strap which was a little tight for me when my wrist size was 7 1/4. So, this rubber is a little smaller than the strap it is currently on. I have never had the watch serviced. I am currently 14 hours into a 24 hour timekeeping test, and it is 3 seconds fast. I will update this on completion of the 24 hours. The watch has never given me any issues. The watch comes complete with all boxes and papers, including the warranty card dated Feb. 2024. Also included is the strap changing tool.
