This 37mm piece in solid 18K yellow gold features a clean ivory dial with Roman numerals and is powered by Patek’s automatic Caliber 315 S-QA, displaying day, date, and month. The watch comes on its original Patek leather strap with matching 18K gold deployment clasp and includes both inner and outer boxes. It’s in great condition and is keeping time accurately.
