Black dial with Swiss Old Radium Superluminova hands and hour markers. Glows all night. Powered by Swiss Sellita SW200-3 26 jewels automatic movement. Anti-reflective top hat sapphire crystal in perfect condition. Case diameter is 38 mm without crown and 11.6 mm thick. Lug width is 20 mm. Water resistant to 150 meters/450 feet. Comes on original solid stainless steel bracelet with push button deployment clasp and micro-adjustable slider buckle. All original links are included. Come in original box with instruction manual, COSC Chronometer Certificate, polishing cloth and warranty card. Everything you see in the photo. Purchased on 02/03/2020. Watch is in excellent condition with some very small surface marks. No nicks or dings.

Christopher Ward was founded by Chris Ward, Mike France and Peter Ellis on a boat on the river Thames in 2004.

In 2005, Christopher Ward released their first watch which created a whole new model for the watchmaking industry. When influential watch bloggers wrote about their watches on TimeZone, Christopher Ward were being discussed more than Rolex in December 2005.

For the company’s 10th anniversary in 2014, it merged with Swiss manufacturing partners Synergies Horlogères SA to create Christopher Ward London Holdings Ltd. This culminated in the launch of Christopher Ward’s first in-house movement, Calibre SH21, in July 2014. Conceived and designed over the past four years by Christopher Ward’s watchmaker, Johannes Jahnke, the SH21 is entirely Swiss-made by some craftsmen. This release is said to be “probably the most important development by a British watch brand in the past 50 years.”

Christopher Ward London was the only watch company to rank in The Sunday Times SME Export Track 100, ranking 77th in 2015.
