Hello,
I have decided to focus on Speedmasters in my collection and am therefore putting up for sale a Seamaster reference 166.024.
I would like 4650EUR net to me.
I accept PayPal (fees at the charge of the buyer ~+3%) for well established forum members only and bank wire for every potential buyer.
I am located in France so EU deals preferred. If located outside EU, the buyer is responsible for any additional taxes.
Shipping fees are free if shipped within EU. For outside EU, I'll have to check separately.
I accept returns if grossly misrepresented.

The watch has been serviced recently.
It was a project watch that I bought without the bezel. The case was in very poor shape.
I decided to get a service replacement bezel and I had the case redone with the laser welding technique.
All the parts are Omega original.
The bezel has superluminova and the dial/hands are original tritium.
The movement is a caliber 563 with a serial number 28,272,433.
According to the serial number, the watch was probably from the last batch for the US market (hence the 563 caliber with lower jewels in order to reduce tariffs). It would be dated from JUN of 1969.
Remarks:
The caliber 563 features a quick set date by pulling out the crown.
The crown is a screw down crown.
The dial has some dark spots around 6 to 9 o'clock and some tritium lume has moved on the vicinity of the markers.
Regarding some photos, there is a reddish tint to white elements - I don't know why my camera does that but in real life, it doesn't appear this way.
