Up for sale, this classy 1969 Rolex Date. I picked this up in January and it just doesn’t get enough wear. However, it's a lovely piece. The dial is the star…originally silver, but age has turned it a light champagne…just gorgeous. Inside, a Caliber 1575, which is the same movement used in the Submariner and Datejust, but packaged in a smaller 34 mm case. It's so light, you forget you’re wearing it and it's extremely accurate. The watch was serviced in January of 2024 and was beating at a healthy 260 degrees. I've seen no fall off. It winds well, feels solid, and everything clicks as it should. Mechanically, it's very sound.
