Ladies and Gentleman, Greetings from the hills of Tennessee! ***THIS Mido is so rare I cannot find another one like it with Rose gold/Steel case and Black dial!! When I first received this watch in trade I didn't understand it's rarity until I researched it further.*** **In addition to not having seen any other Rose gold Black dial configuration, I have never found another Mido Multi-Centerchrono of any configuration with "Grand Luxe" marked on the dial. I have scoured the web to find one so this is truly incredibly rare.** *Enjoy the pix in the album.* This is an excellent opportunity to own a rare Vintage Mido watch with a ton of amazing history. Featuring the Valjoux VZ based movement as found in some Pateks, Gubelin, etc. The case is the real star here as it's made by the same case maker F. Borgel who created the case for Patek Philippe's first waterproof chronograph Ref. 1463 dubbed the "Tasti Tondi." The distinct fancy ended pushers are the exact same and gives this watch such lovely character! Here are two great articles talking about these two similar watches (with this one being more interesting and the rarer of the two since it is a center counter Chrono with no subdials): [https://revolutionwatch.com/mido-multi-centerchrono-case-similarities/](https://revolutionwatch.com/mido-multi-centerchrono-case-similarities/) [https://www.acollectedman.com/blogs/journal/borgel-casemaker](https://www.acollectedman.com/blogs/journal/borgel-casemaker) The coppery printed Tachymeter track is stunning with the charcoal black dial and gives this watch a ton of pop! The pictures say more than I ever could! Enjoy! The 35mm case size wears well on a variety of wrists with a very manageable lug to lug dimension of ~42mm. I guarantee whoever gets this piece will not be disappointed! **ASKING PRICE: $4250** Negotiable, Depending on Trade, etc. I believe my price to be fair, even in today's market, because of the extreme rarity of this piece (I believe it honestly is museum worthy), but if anyone disagrees, please don't hesitate to make an offer because I am looking to raise funds for another purchase, so would like to sell it as quickly as possible. *CONDITION DETAILS:* *Unpolished case looks amazing overall with crisp edges and bevels. The gold and original vertical grained sides look amazing for a watch that was made nearly 80 years ago. Original lume in tact on dial and hands. The only thing worth mentioning about this watch just so there are no surprises upon receipt is that occasionally when the Chrono is started the watch will stop, but if the second hand doesn't move a simple stop/start press of the top pusher remedies it and gets it going again. Service history unknown, but running strong and keeping good time within about 20-30 secs per day (ymmv). When I first received the watch there was some creep on the chrono minute hand, but that has been fixed and everything is functioning excellently (nice and crisp start/stop/reset is a pleasure to operate) except for the aforementioned occasion.* **All pictures are of the actual watch you will receive. Please study them carefully. Wrist is ~6.6inches for reference.** ***Pictures reveal more imperfections than the naked eye.*** TIMESTAMP: [Timestamp](https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipNdzgXPy6e3GZgxmtNAx5xpCAUaqPrHdwpp8vujtjuDaMZ_1HaKgaqRBY9nxAzcnA?key=RnlibU9kV2lLME9vbGhZNUpaY2kyeDlXOWpSanln) Video: [Wrist Video](https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipPOEIfL5YQts9tfYbSpWmsAAff0H3rkbsZKvjGiC5lRN2I340OlkkRq6-1SPWSRXA?key=NS1fZ1JpMlBSbFIzaDh3LXhuSlR0WFlFRjVMWmJR) ALBUM: [Picture Album](https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipNu6bincinGADkPY5y-mlZEEYbHLrq4GMU4DF3AwkAgkPLl0eQql0byaU-qx2NSDw?key=RG5EUHdDcHViRHZpNE8yMjR6bzdRVU40RXoxZXB3) **Sale Price: $4250** Or Make me an offer Including Shipping to USA (contact me for international shipping costs) **FINE PRINT:** *I am open to trades, so bring on your offers! I have over 100 transactions on Reddit with a perfect rating and I have sold tons on eBay in the past. Thank you!
