The first click on the crown allows for adjustment of the hour hand, independant of the minute hand, like on the 8900 movement. Watch condition is as seen in photos - some signs of wear but overall very good. One of the screws in the links is missing (I lost it when putting the links back together, but you can get a replacement from Omega for free when you visit a store).
