Up for sale is a Hamilton Khaki field LL Bean collaboration, sold only through the 1991 L.L. Bean Spring catalog. It's the most modern of the L.L. Bean colabs with Hamilton, featuring a 2824 and capable of being fitted with a standard sapphire crystal (which this has). The case is 36mm wide and 9mm thick. It was serviced by the previous owner over a year ago, and runs at a very consistent -4" daily. This is a non-hacking 2824 as well, making it even more of a rare bird. Dial, hands and case show the 30+ years of age, and the case appears unpolished. It's a good example of a vintage piece, with all the original parts that matter.
