Hello WatchExchange, Up for sale is my **Citizen Promaster Diver NY0156-4E, aka the “Fugu” or Pufferfish**. The watch is **MINT**, and comes with two awesome nato straps from Anchor Strap Co. No scratches on the crystal, no dings or dents. Some hairline scratches on the caseback, but otherwise MINT. I’ve owned it for about a year, original owner.  Awesome piece, the red bezel really pops! I would say this is Citizen’s answer to the SKX from Seiko, and I would argue this is the best modern ISO certified budget diver. The history of the Fugu line is super cool, and has been produced since 1989 with multiple generations.  I don’t have the OEM strap because it was garbage and I got rid of it.
