The main dial is a rich blue with the radial brushed finish that Seiko does so well. The minute counter sub-dial and date window are vertically brushed and appear to be seafoam green/teal or sky blue depending on the light. There is a small part of the dial in between the 1 and 3 o’clock markers near the edge of the dial that is blistered slightly which seems to happen over time with dials in this particular blue. Fwiw, I have had this watch for 5+ years and it hasn’t gotten any worse. A small bit of the color coating on the date window bezel has lifted as well. The case is in great unpolished shape with no major scratches or dents; only surface scratches and blemishes commensurate for its age. Chronograph and quickset date functions working properly, keeps great time for a 50 year old watch. I made the matching strap myself 100% by hand using the same leather and thread Hermes uses (Togo for the top, Swift for the lining, Fils au Chinois thread). It is sized for wrists 5.75-6.75in.
