This is a Rolex Submariner Nipple Dial 1608/8 from 1979 in solid 18K gold. The cons: The watch has been polished and the dial was refinished about 25 years ago. About a year ago, a watchmaker replaced the original crown. The pros: The watch received a full service a year ago, and it's a solid gold, vintage Rolex Submariner made of solid 18K gold. I know people will ask about the bracelet, but the bracelet is 100 percent correct. They did do center links like this on gold submariners back then.
