This watch was part of the SUS lineup from the 90's, and it shares design elements with other SUS models including the squared-off hour hand shape and the "S" on the dial. The SCFF009 is modestly sized at 39mm (41mm including crown), but the hooded lugs do increase its wrist presence. The 4S12 movement was a high end movement from Seiko, beating at 28,800 bph and spec'ed to high accuracy of +15/-10 seconds per day. It hand winds and hacks. The "GMT" hand is slaved to the hour hand and functions as a 24hr indicator. You'd rotate the internal bezel to track a second time zone. The blue sunburst dial is gorgeous and difficult to capture in photos. This watch is in decent condition considering its age. The crystal has some scratches that are visible when viewed at certain angles. The case also shows signs of wear, especially on the polished case side. No major dents. The movement is running well.
