For sale I have my latest Ranger II project. I wanted to do this project for quite some time as I always liked the looks and lume of the SKX173 and thought it would be nice in a case without the rotating bezel. I think it does and now that I have accomplished this I am ready for something new...

This is a watch with 42mm case (SKX homage) and 22mm lugs so wears a bit smaller like an SKX watch. To do this project I bought a brand new SKX homage from Heimdallr, installed a black day wheel on the movement, SKX173 dial, SKX779 hands, Smooth SKX bezel. The watch is in excellent condition, a part from a few light marks from handling and installing, the watch is pretty much like new. The cost of this project was:

• Heimdallr SKX homage watch new with full bracelet - $180
• Black Day wheel - $25
• Original Seiko SKX173 dial $60
• Original Seiko SKX779 (Monster) hands $60
• Smooth bezel for SKX $35

I wore the watch twice and it kept time within 2-3 seconds per day. Everything works perfectly and the lume is nuclear, all original Seiko. This is a great tool watch that is readable and nice looking. It is also unique in that as far as I know it is the only one. I have the original packaging.
