Due to a recent acquisition, I’m looking to find a new home for my 126711CHNR Root Beer GMT. I am the original owner, purchased new from my AD in September 2022. Majority of the 5-year warranty well intact. Complete set, B&P, including hangtags and all links. Having owned a couple current sports model Rolex, including multiple Sub, Exp, GMT, and Daytona, the Root Beer might just be the most beautiful Rolex in the current catalogue. Pictures certainly don’t do it justice, well, at least my pictures. The Everose is far less pink in person, certainly compared to the stock photos, and the whole ensemble comes together in a most gorgeous and warm idealization of the greatest, or at least certainly the most iconic, GMT watch ever made. Speaking of which, IMO the GMT-Master II is the most versatile (and subsequently most GADA-esque, one could probably argue) watch Rolex makes; from the conveniences and functionalities that accompany a ‘true GMT’ complication, to the rotatable GMT bezel that can double-duty as a timing bezel in a pinch, all in a timeless presentation that strikes the often elusive balance between formal and casual, backed by engineering that is unquestionably the greatest unsung hero amidst all this hype surrounding the brand. And of course, being a modern Rolex, lume is fantastic, Easylink Oyster bracelet is incredibly comfortable, and it's just built like a tank. It not only makes the GMT an outstanding travel companion, but life companion alike. What’s also special is that the Root Beer manages to accomplish an exceedingly rare feat: a statement piece not only for “normies”, but WIS alike. **Condition:** Worn as a daily for a couple months, primarily as an office watch, so there are some faint hairlines on the polished surfaces as you’d expect, primarily on the gold polished center links, mainly from simply being worn under a shirt sleeve, but by all accounts it presents as mint on the wrist. It has never been polished, a light touchup of the PCLs would certainly bring this back to like-new condition, but I leave that at the discretion of the new owner. There are no dents or dings to speak of, and it is mechanically perfect. During each of the very few times I’ve had to unthread the crown it was threaded back in with back-threading to seat the threads and prevent cross-threading, slowly threaded in, and immediately stopped at resistance as not to prevent over-compression of the gasket. Always wound slowly and never more than necessary, so as to minimize wear on the winding gears. Always made sure the bracelet never touched the caseback. Bracelet was never removed. And as you can probably deduced by now, it was never dropped and always laid down gentler than an egg. **Price:** Pricing it lowest online for a quick sale, $17900 shipped and insured CONUS.
