All new parts. It was commissioned but then "buyer" disappeared and I had the parts 🤦🏾‍♀️😂. TZ grade is NEW. The dial is blank and I added a Seiko sticker. The orange GMT hand matches the GMT writing in the dial. The dial Lume and hands matches but the hands have weaker lume, the watch does not have Seiko Lume. Watch was pressure tested but I can't offer warranty. I am a private seller and do not offer or imply a warranty and do not offer returns.
