Pssst! This just came in, an old rare bird with a funky twist on the face of it, I am sure someone here would appreciate and would snag it off my hands. It's an Omega ref 2705-5 from the year 1954, in overall fair condition considering this thing is 69 😈 years old. All the printed text is gone from the sterling dial. The solid gold omega logo and indices are as nice as they would have been 69 years ago. Someone, somewhere between those years, thought it would be fun to add some funk to this classic and make it unique. Well, it looks kinda cool with that smug SOB on the dial, and it's definitely unique. Watch came with an old original Piaget alligator strap with an original omega gold plated buckle. The strap can be swapped before shipping, and the buyer can choose from a selection of high quality straps available. The watch will also be cleaned and fully serviced before shipping. The calibre 266 is performing pretty strong as is, but i prefer to get the watches serviced before selling them for peace of mind for both me and my buyers.
