This is a phenomenal watch that has continuous HR monitoring, SPO2, HRV, Training Readiness, Workout suggestions, daily notifications, sleep tracking, respiration tracking, and many more amazing specs. Comes in at a great 40mm size which is hard to find for a running smartwatch these days and is the rugged "multisport" watch Garmin has to offer. I am only letting it go because from previous use of smartwatches, I realize that I do not really need all the data. I have never used the watch, only taken it out of the box.
