For sale today is one of the coolest vintage pieces I've come across since I started collecting. Featured here is an 18k solid gold dress watch from the 1950's. It's from a brand called Lavina who used to make movements for other Swiss companies like Minerva but also made some of their own watches. The watch is in incredible condition for its age, featuring sharp faceted lugs that remain thick, a beautiful ivory/silver dial, 18k arrowhead markers, and a concentric circles on the small seconds. It is about 35mm in diameter, 45mm lug to lug, and has 18mm lug width. It does feature a female spring bar system, and is currently fitted with femal spring bars. Because of the larger dimensions and unpolished nature of the piece, it fits very well by modern standards. It fits similar to a vintage datejust on a strap, although thinner. Comes with an italian leather strap from Theo and Harris that has real vintage Patek vibes :) The manual wind movement was recently serviced and is running well at about -10/15 seconds per day with a super strong amplitude over 300.
