A very rare First Edition Seiko 5 watch in great condition. Stunning vibrant White sunburst dial with raised faceted indexes. Super solid beefy jumbo cushion case. Oversized watch of its era being 39mm. Amazing condition at 45 year old, ready to be used as a daily driver. 5126 Movement was produced for only 4 years. This example happens to be one of the earliest example from 1968. Movement has been serviced. Good time keeping. Comes with a solid bracelet. "AD"(Applied dial) Stamped on bottom of the dial, makes it rather collectible. The polish is insane with sharp brushed lines and mirror finishing. Crown blends in the case, pressing it inside changes the date. Such pieces should be appreciated upfront to experience at full measure, pictures don't do justice to this beauty. Sunlight brings out most of its beauty. Handling it, I can definitely guarantee this is superior to modern watches of the same price zone. A good Collectors piece. The first gen seiko 5 were premium seiko lineup.
