Overall in fantastic condition - the only notable marks is that the leather band and stainless steel band have a little bit of wear.  Asking $1450 + shipping. It’s priced a little above market, but that’s due to great condition and because it comes as a full kit plus a stainless steel bracelet I bought retail for $300.
