Up for sale is my Christopher Ward Dartmouth series 1, which I believe looks more classic and timeless than the second iteration. This watch is flawless: no scratches or any of that sort on the watch case or the bracelet. Purchased 01/05/23; the watch is still under warranty. This is a COSC-certified watch, so you can expect very accurate timekeeping. The watch wears very well and stays flat on the wrist due to its thin case. This watch does have a screw-down crown. The blue can alternate between a dark navy blue to a vibrant royal blue. Quality on this is exceptional; I'm only selling to fund another purchase.This watch will come with its box and papers and both the bracelet and the hybrid rubber strap. The bracelet has been sized and the extra links will be in the box. I am looking for $825 for this piece. Will ship to CONUS and Canada.

Christopher Ward was founded by Chris Ward, Mike France and Peter Ellis on a boat on the river Thames in 2004.

In 2005, Christopher Ward released their first watch which created a whole new model for the watchmaking industry. When influential watch bloggers wrote about their watches on TimeZone, Christopher Ward were being discussed more than Rolex in December 2005.

For the company’s 10th anniversary in 2014, it merged with Swiss manufacturing partners Synergies Horlogères SA to create Christopher Ward London Holdings Ltd. This culminated in the launch of Christopher Ward’s first in-house movement, Calibre SH21, in July 2014. Conceived and designed over the past four years by Christopher Ward’s watchmaker, Johannes Jahnke, the SH21 is entirely Swiss-made by some craftsmen. This release is said to be “probably the most important development by a British watch brand in the past 50 years.”

Christopher Ward London was the only watch company to rank in The Sunday Times SME Export Track 100, ranking 77th in 2015.
