Having owned many Seamasters over the years, these aren't words I would use lightly, but this is quite possibly the coolest Seamaster Omega has ever made, full stop. Yes, there's the Ploprof, yes, there's the original cal. 2500 stainless steel Planet Ocean, but this full ceramic Planet Ocean 600m Deep Black (ref. 215.92.46.22.01.001) strikes the perfect balance between the legacy of the Seamaster and a more stealthy, ultra-modern approach to tool watch design where the full ceramic bezel, alternating brushed & polished ceramic surfaces (unlike the other Deep Black references which had all-matte ceramic cases), and the orange-on-black aesthetic make this one undefeated in my book.

Plus, the fact that it's a true GMT (thanks to the Omega Master Chronometer-certified cal. 8906) makes this the perfect watch for adventure travel. And yep, it's not a small watch, but fear not – though the case measures 45.5mm across, because of the cushion case shape, ceramic construction, and mellow 51mm lug-to-lug measurement, it wears far more lightweight and compact than the specs suggest (not unlike the Ploprof for folks familiar with its measurements).

Bezel, crystal / AR and caseback are in excellent condition, note that the flanks of the case (3:00 side and 9:00 side) do have some very light hairlines intermingled with the horizontal brushing that are very difficult to make out, but they are faintly visible from certain angles. Clasp is also unmarked, as watch was worn primarily on third-party straps (it has 22mm lugs, so lots of strap options available).

Includes full inner/outer box, all cards / pictograms (warranty is stamped by an AD from July of 2022, so the watch is still under factory warranty – happy to supply a photo of the card upon request), and I'll be including an additional OEM stitched rubber strap in the "short" size. My preference with Omega straps like these is to mix the regular sized strap 'head' with a short sized strap 'tail' to get a perfect fit on the folding clasp – you can mix and match, or just run both pieces in either size for your own fitment.
