Hi everyone, For sale is a beautiful vintage solid 18k gold Eterna-Matic 3000 from the mid 60s. Eterna is a great and underrated brand, and is a real value packed watch in the vintage category. I found this watch, along with two Jaeger-LeCoultres, in a vintage shop in Sheridan, Wyoming. I just had this one serviced for just shy of $300, so it's in great shape. The 18k gold is elegant and understated, and in my opinion pairs well with the beige suede strap. Also included is a new lizard grain strap. The sunburst dial is quite charming as well. For reference size, my wrist is 7.5 inches, and in my opinion it wears beautifully. As an interesting watch history titbit, the Eterna 3000 was the first watch to use ball bearings to mount the rotor onto the movement. Rolex even used this movement for some time in some of their own models. Price: $1,200 l'll consider all offers and trades.
