**Good afternoon Watch Exchange!** After not getting enough wrist-time this summer, I figured I might as well part ways with this Raymond Weil Freelancer Chronograph. The Brand: Raymond Weil is a relatively young Swiss Watch brand; they’re a family-owned brand who started with affordable “mall watches” but has recently started branching out into more high-end watches. While they’ve been long disregarded by many watch enthusiasts, their recent releases, such as their Millesime Collection, have garnered well-deserved attention.  The Watch: The watch is in fantastic condition. The bracelet has the majority of the signs of wear; the watch has been treated with care and none of the scratches are too deep to be polished away. The watch itself features the RW-5030 movement, a clone of the 7753 movement, which features a 62 hour power reserve. The watch has a sapphire crystal over the dial and display case-back. It has a nice screw-down crown and 100 meters of water-resistance. The watch retails for $3875, but seems to sell on the Grey market for about $2400. As such, I’m hoping to try and get $1500 for it, which I think is a fair price all things considered.
