For sale today is an excellent example of an Oris big crown pointer date in 36 mm. I initially purchased this watch because of the pistachio green dial color, which comes through in the exact way in person, as it does in the images. I love everything about this time piece from the way it wears to the dial layout and the dial color. It is understated, but also fun. I believe the 36 mm case size stays true to the original pilots watches made by Oris, and it wears well on my 7.3 in wrist. The strap is in excellent condition, and the watch itself comes with all the manuals, box, and cover. The time keeping is excellent. My only reason for selling is because I purchased a big crown pointer in oxblood which gets more wrist time, and it feels wrong to leave this sitting in a box. The price is $1099, only trade offers I’ll entertain are an 1861 movement hesalite speedmaster or a Zenith a384 panda dial.
