This NWOT reference for sale here is one of those 50. The watch was manufactured and assembled entirely in Switzerland, except for its Seiko NH35A 24-jewel movement. The unidirectional rotating timing bezel holds dual scales, so it can be used to track a second time-zone (hours) as well as dive time (minutes). Super-Luminova keeps it legible at depth or in any dark conditions. The Nautoscaph Superautomatic was first released in 1970 and made famous in the 1975 blockbuster movie “Jaws.” It’s the dive watch that oceanographer Matt Hooper, played by Richard Dreyfuss, wore in the film.
