Originally purchased from JessyW at Oyster Palace in August of 2022 -- I was also able to find it listed for sale on Omega Enthusiast's site prior to that (https://www.omegaenthusiastltd.com/product-page/1940-omega-sub-second), so it's definitely made the rounds! I'd love for this to come into the collection of an Omega Forums member again.

The model number on the case appears to predate any particular reference and is listed as: 10089349

The lume was starting to come off the hour hand, so I had the watch cleaned, lume removed, and the crystal was also replaced at that time.
