The 6138B movement is known for being precise and highly accurate, and the design of the watch is unmistakably 1970s. It is particularly unique in that Seiko took the traditional chronograph design with pushers on the right side of the case and rotated them to the top. The Bullhead had a short production run, from about 1975-1978. A pretty rare piece, especially in original condition. The watch is in good and original condition. The case and fishbone bracelet show no signs of polishing, with some moderate scratches and signs of wear throughout. It is a uniquely designed case, asymmetrical in thickness - thicker at the top and slimming towards the bottom. A solid, heavy duty build and a true sports watch that can take a beating. The fishbone bracelet is pretty cool and very comfortable and with its Seiko clasp. All functions working well – the watch is keeping time, pushers and chronograph work as expected, day/date flip as they should. Previous service history is unknown.
