Originally designed for pilots, the “Big Crown”—which gives the model its name—allowed for easy adjustments while wearing gloves. The Oris Big Crown Complication Moonphase, features a 38mm stainless steel case with a silver coin-edge bezel. The case measures 44mm lug-to-lug, 11.5mm in thickness, and has a lug width of 19mm. It is equipped with a domed plexiglass crystal and a screw-down exhibition case back showcasing the automatic Oris Caliber 581 movement, which offers a 38-hour power reserve and operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour. The guilloché dial includes rose gold-toned Arabic numerals and indices, with sub-dials displaying the day at 3 o’clock, a 24-hour second time zone at 6 o’clock, and the date at 9 o’clock. A moonphase indicator is positioned at 12 o’clock. The watch is water-resistant up to 50 meters. The watch is in excellent condition, with almost no scratches nor dents. The crystal is clear and clean, dial is flawless. It comes on the original OEM Oris bracelet that fits up to 19cm (7.5 inches). The movement has recently been serviced and is keeping excellent time at +/-5s a day. It comes with Oris box, and booklet.
