Solid case back. 18mm lug width, 5.4mm thick, and 40mm lug-to-lug. 30m water resistant. The movement is the 8J80, which predated the Grand Seiko 9F. It is a thermocompensated high accuracy quartz rated to +/- 10 seconds per year. The dial has a texture similar to modern grand Seikos. To me, it looks like a frozen layer of ice over a window in the winter. Razor sharp Roman numerals and unique hands. Some hairline scratches on the case from light wear. No damage on the crystal or dial. Overall very good condition. Comes with a brand new, genuine alligator leather electric blue strap. New battery was just installed, should last 5-10 years. Keeping excellent time within the +/- 10 secs/year spec. It weighs about 39.5 grams (case only). I have the original box but not the original papers. Asking $1,580 shipped.
