Hi all. Up for sale or trade is beautiful two-tone 1973 Rolex DateJust 1601. This is a classic that needs little introduction. With its ubiquitous 36mm oyster case, the watch wears like a glove on virtually any size wrist. This particular one comes with a beautiful blue dial that has aged very gracefully. For those that do not know, Rolex had a hard time with blue dials where over time they would deteriorate quite badly. In this case, pictures say a thousand words and you can see for yourself that despite showing its age, the dial still retains most of its original beauty. Aside from its looks, the watch was just serviced, running with a healthy amplitude of over 250 and good accuracy. Additionally, the hands were relumed. As pictured, the watch comes on a leather strap without any box or papers.
